Project Delivery & Intellectual Property

All source code, markup, and final development deliverables produced by XHTMLTECH will remain the property of the company until full payment for the respective invoice is received. Upon clearance of the final balance, all intellectual property rights for the custom-developed assets are fully transferred to the client. XHTMLTECH guarantees that development files will match the agreed-upon technical specifications and layout designs across all modern, updated web browsers current to the development date.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kush Infosystems Inc. or XHTMLTECH be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or system downtime resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on this website or final development deliverables. While we take exhaustive measures to ensure clean, bug-free deployment, the final implementation and hosting environment remain the responsibility of the client.
